Eibar vs FC Girona
Competition: Primeira Liga
Date: 21 December 2017
Kick-off Time: 19:30 GMT
Venue: Ipurua Municipal Stadium

Eibar team had much strugle this season and it seemed that they could finish their adventure in Primeira Liga, but, suddenly, they started playing much better and their positive series is still on going. Eibar negative series lasted for seven games, out of which they lost 05 times and received many goals in that period. The last time they lost a game was at the beginning of November against Real Sociedad, and then starts the series which is currently at five matches with 04 wins and no defeat.
Eibar easily defeated Real Betis and then Espanyol on their field, and in the last round, they defeated also Valencia with 2-1, and before Valencia also Getafe, with the proviso that Jordan missed the penalty.
FC Girona, on the other side, had their own crisis at the very beginning when they had 06 matches without a win and were then at the edge of the relegation zone, but they also managed to recover and had three consecutive wins, of which once against Real Madrid which help them get in the middle of the table, and with the new two wins in the previous two rounds the team also got at the upper part. It is quite interesting that FC Girona made the all six wins with minimal difference, so three times it was 1-0 and 2-1.
After a defeat by Deportivo Alaves three rounds ago, when they managed to drop the lead with 2-0, they managed to consolidate their ranks and celebrate against Espanyol with 1-0 away, as well as against Getafe on their field in the last round. Girona is having more problems with cards than with injuries lately, so Pere Pons paused in the last round, while Granella will not be in the team due to yellow cards.

Probable lineups for this match:
Eibar: Dmitrovic – Capa, P.Oliveira, Arbilla, Jose Angel – Alejo, Jordan, D.Garcia, Inui – Charles, S.Enrichs
FC Girona: Bono – Espinosa, Ramalho, Juanpe – Maffeo, Pons, Timor, Mojica – Portu, Stuani, Borja
