Italian Serie A: Fiorentina vs Inter Milan

AC Fiorentina is celebrating their promotion to the Coppa Italia final. Doing that
they managed to achieve first of their goals for this season. The second
one is the Champions League. Because of the fact that the Coppa Italia
Final will take place on Mai 3, Fiorentina can focus on the
Seria A now and try to reach CL spot. To do that they will have to
fight for it with SSC Napoli, which have 3 point more than they have right
now. The place in Europa League is almost secure and the victory against
Inter should even more ensure it and leave the direct opponent in the
table even more behind. Very enthusiastic the fans and the experts
received the information about Mario Gomez coming back into play. For
Fiorentina it is great news especially for the future games and the
struggle to win the Champions League spot.
Because of the last Serie A win against Sassuolo Inter Milan managed to jump on the 5 position in the league table, which guarantees play in the Europa League next season. However they are not secure yet. Hellas Verona - with the same amount of points but with the weaker goal balance -
Parma and Torino (both with only 3 points behind) wait for Inter to slip
up. Mazzari’s boys, besides win against Sassuolo, in four previous
games managed to collect only 2 points, losing two matches - last
against table leader, Juventus. In the upcoming game against AC Fiorentina -
which is already 8 point ahead in the league table - will be tough for
Inter Milan.
